When I decided to finish up after decades as a High School Principal, I looked for ways to be of use in our community, Becoming a marriage celebrant gave me the opportunity to continue to work with people, learn about them, enjoy a chat or three and have some fun celebrating the happiest days of a couples’ life - and everyone I know keeps saying that I am the perfect person to do this kind of thing, I am open-minded, and see love as love - and I also know I can help with leadership and school improvement - so what not?

I combine deep empathy, proven leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills. With a strong people-first approach, I listen carefully, honour individual stories, and create moments that feel authentic and meaningful—whether crafting a wedding ceremony or guiding a leader through professional growth.
