My Approach

A lifetime in educational leadership at executive levels, community service, volunteering and club management led me naturally to continue serving community by becoming an authorised marriage celebrant and GROWTH coach so that I could use my time to service others by creating special memories through ceremonies and commemorations, coaching at executive level and developing others with a focus on actually making a difference.

I started Paragon Signature Services to empower Principals and their teams to take leadership to the next level whatever the stage of their journey. Recognising that each leader has distinct strengths and challenges, I deliver value for money thoughtfully designed coaching and leadership development programs tailored to individual and team needs.

I have a heap of experience in school leadership and coaching, having served as a State High School Principal for the last 23 years and a GROWTH Coaching coach for the last 6 years.
