Your marriage certificate

On your wedding day, you must be given an official marriage certificate featuring the Commonwealth Coat of Arms. This is commonly known as the Presentation Certificate and is sometimes referred to as the Celebrant Certificate. Its official title, however, is the Form 15 Certificate.
